Linda has been interested in food from a very early age.
She not only loves cooking but since training as a cognitive behavioural therapist she has developed a professional interest in the emotional aspects of food and eating.
This is partly motivated by the fact that, in her teens, Linda suffered from anorexia. It took nearly four years to recover.
This website is therefore not only her celebration of food and of the recipes she loves to cook – it also discusses our relationship with food, and how some difficult issues can be overcome.
