Greek Yoghurt and FruitThis is a lovely light dish that can be eaten at any time as a snack or after a meal.  It is also very healthy and good for you!  You can serve this with any fruit that you like – I’ve just included strawberries, grapes and blackberries as an example.

  • Half a pot of Greek yoghurt
  • Quarter to a half a punnet of strawberries
  • Quarter to a half a punnet of grapes
  • Quarter to a half a punnet of blackberries
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons of caster sugar
  1. Spoon out the yoghurt into small bowls.
  2. Sprinkle over the caster sugar and mix into the yoghurt.
  3. Taste. You may want to add more caster sugar to give a sweeter taste.
  4. Quarter the strawberries and add to the yoghurt and caster sugar.
  5. Add the grapes and blackberries.
  6. Serve.
