I’m not really sure when I started making this but it’s become a staple for me when I’m thirsty but also want something that’s also a little bit “foody” as well. It’s like a “smoothie” but without that sickly sweet taste that smoothies sometimes have.
It’s so easy that I feel a bit guilty about including it as a ‘recipe’ but if you like Greek yoghurt and you want something that’s thirst-quenching, then this is the ‘recipe’ for you! You can also make this with pineapple juice.
- Take 2 long glasses and fill them half way up with Greek yoghurt.
- Fill the rest of the glasses with orange juice.
- Stir the yoghurt into the orange juice until they become blended and smooth.
- Add some ice cubes (optional)
