I love this italian recipe book. The recipes are easy to follow and are always delicious.

Home Cooking - Rachel Allen

This is a great family recipe book. The recipes are clearly written and easy to follow. There is nothing too complicated in this book. Rachel also provides tips and techniques with her recipes that are quite helpful.

How to Bake - Paul Hollywood

Paul Hollywood of BBC's "The Great British Bake Off" sets out in this book to teach you that baking needn't be difficult if you know what to do. The recipes are easy to follow. A great book for the beginner baker!

The Primrose Bakery Book

A lovely, stylish book with baking recipes that are easy to follow and lovely to bake. Recommended for cooks who already like baking and for new cooks taking baby steps into the world of cake baking.
